Lorraine Bennington is a Registered Psychologist with a deep interest in the subconscious mind. She assists her clients to access this subconscious, also called the right brain, in order to achieve their goals, both personal and professional. Some of the patterns that respond very well to hypnotherapy and positive visualization include smoking, overeating, personal and/or professional sabotages to success, relationship issues, blocks to self esteem, fear of public speaking, writer’s or artist’s block and phobias, such as fear of flying, snakes, driving, and commitment.
