Touch is one of the love languages that many of us need to feel connected and loved; to have a full cup in life. It makes us feel happier, more relaxed and met, and can lead to fulfilling and satisfying intimacy.

In this experiential workshop, we will start with inner connection and then meet different people to practice with, at the level of your own comfort. We will explore different energies and intentions through which to touch and move with the inspiration of the elements. After a demo, you will get to explore and practice a series of touch techniques that you will be able to use to arouse desire in your lover/partner. You will leave feeling connected with an open heart and many tools up your sleeve!

Lovers and singles are welcome. All practices are clothed and with consent.

About Sophia

Sophia is a Tantra-certified professional relationship and intimacy coach, massage therapist and registered art therapist. She has worked privately with individuals and couples for over 12 years.

She received her master’s degree in art therapy at Vancouver Art Therapy Institute, and has done intensive study with the Bader-Pearson Developmental Model of Couples Therapy, Byron Katie’s system for personal transformation, and the Somatica Method for relationship and intimacy healing.

She also studied at the Agama school of Tantra in Thailand, has co-facilitated Tantra intensives and classes around Vancouver and the Sea to Sky Region, and facilitated Sacred Intimacy & Partnership workshops and women’s groups.

Sophia’s deepest passion is to provide a space where mind/body/mind healing can happen. The intimacy healing she offers is different from most other therapies in that it is body oriented and part talk and part practice. She tailors sessions to each person or couple, using counselling with tools such as breath work, intuitive healing massage, taoist exercises and somatica methods. The aim with all these practices is to bring a deeper awareness to the body, embracing erotic energy and eventually integrating its vitality with the whole being.

With her gentle and intuitive touch, Sophia will help you drop deeper into the realm of the senses, and feel delicious, renewed, and replenished. She has helped many couples match their libidos after years of stale mate, has helped women reclaim a personal and pleasurable relationship with their body and spirit, and has guided numerous individuals into journeys where they’ve found empowerment and a new zest for life.
