In the Western world we are programmed to equate happiness with what we have accumulated, our ‘purpose’ with our career and status. How do we define ‘success’, and what matters in life? ‘Happiness’ will be a direct result of living a life that is congruent with your unique life purpose, or ‘special function’. The ‘special function’ is much more than a career, and aligning yourself with this greater sense of purpose can provide a sense of satisfaction that is ‘happiness’, and more.
