Rose Marcus has studied astrology for 30 years and is well known for her heartfelt passion, sensitive counseling skills and dedication to helping others. She is the director for the Canadian School of Evolutionary Astrology, the Jeffrey Wolf Green Method, a highly regarded and much sought after specialty training course.
Rose also teaches Beginner Astrology, and Tarot. From time to time, she also offers one day workshops on various astrology topics. Specially designed for those who cannot travel to Vancouver to participate in studies, Rose will offer the next Canadian School of Evolutionary Astrology as a teleconference course. This next school (School 6) will begin in Sept of 2008.
Over the years, Rose has written for numerous publications and projects, (local and international), and has been interviewed on various TV and radio shows across Canada. She is currently a semi-regular guest on Breakfast TV, Vancouver, B.C. and writes for Shared Vision Magazine, Vancouver. Through the years, Rose has also lectured for various societies and public events in the Vancouver area.
In addition to her astrology work, Rose is known as a gifted Clairvoyant and Tarot Reader. She resides in North Vancouver, B.C.
What is Evolutionary Astrology?
Evolutionary Astrology is a specialty branch of study, pioneered by Jeffrey Wolf Green, author of “Pluto, Evolutionary Journey of the Soul” and “Pluto II, The Astrology of Relationships”. (also Uranus, Freedom from the Known, Measuring the Night, Volumes 1 and 2).
Evolutionary Astrology studies the past lifetime dynamics that have brought the individual to present circumstances and level of personal development. By understanding the past and how far one has come, one can learn how to best facilitate the soul’s intended growth for the current life.
PRINCIPLES OF EVOLUTIONARY ASTROLOGY
- An acceptance of the fact that human beings incarnate in a succession of lifetimes
- An acceptance of the fact that the birth chart reflects the evolutionary condition of the soul at the moment of incarnation
- An acceptance of the fact that the birth chart reflects the evolutionary condition of the soul for the present life
- An acceptance of the fact that the circumstances of the present life, both materially and psychologically, do not arise randomly, but rather reflect the evolutionary intentions and necessities of the soul.
- An acceptance of the fact that human beings interact creatively and unpredictably with their birth charts, that all astrological symbols are multidimensional and are modulated into material and psychic expression by the consciousness of the individual.
- An acceptance of the fact that human beings are responsible for the realities they experience, both internally and externally.
- A respectful intention to accept and support a person seeking astrological help, no matter the evolutionary state in which such an individual finds himself, or herself.
