Wayne and Jillian Vriend are co-creators of the SoulFullHeart way of life, SoulFullHeart co-facilitators, SoulFullHeart energy healers, and writers. SoulFullHeart is the result of 10+ years of dedication to emotional and spiritual healing, service with others, and our own growth. We have been in a sacred union marriage together since March, 2009. Much of what we offer and advocate for in the SoulFullHeart way of life comes from our daily experience of the catalytic growth that comes from being in an alive, arising in the moment, and soulful bond with each other, with our parts, with others, and with the Divine. SoulFullHeart offers a way of life in which intimacy with parts of yourself, with others in nourishing relationships, and with the Divine allows for deep emotional and spiritual healing to become who you were meant to be.

The formation of parts of ourselves, or different selves or subpersonalities, is becoming more widely accepted in psycho-therapeutic and other spiritual healing offerings. We have primarily co-created the SoulFullheart way of life based on our experiences of our own parts and especially from participating in the emotional enlightenment or ebe process and paradigm, based in Ashland, Oregon. We first met each other through this process at a seminar in 2005. Like peeling back layers of a never ending onion, we fell in love with the depth and poignancy of the process of getting to know previously suppressed parts of ourselves. We both worked with paid ebe facilitators for three years for Wayne and 5 for Jillian, attending individual sessions, monthly group sessions, and yearly seminars. Jillian also received internship training and experience holding space for clients (especially teens and young adults) as an ebe facilitator. Jillian also worked as a business/life coach and coach manager for E-Myth Worldwide for five years while Wayne was an E-Myth small business client. After deciding to leave ebe together in 2008 shortly after we began dating, we both felt that the reality that our lives were a composite of our parts was one that that we couldn’t go back from.

The alchemy and co-creation of SoulFullHeart and drawing clients since the beginning of last year feels like a continual blessing. We work with clients together through individual, couples, group weekends, and energy healing sessions in person and over the phone. Wayne is passionate about serving men through SoulFullHeart Man, which offers writing, process groups, and overnight backpacking journeys for men engaged in the SoulFullHeart way of life. We both enjoy expressing through writing and regularly contribute articles to our website at soulfullheart.com and on our blog at soulfullheartblog.com.. Jillian is releasing a book soon, called, In The Arms Of Mother, about her mixed experiences as a spiritual seeker, the urgent need for the Divine Feminine, and how you can experience intimacy with the Divine Mother through visualization visits with four of Her faces: Kuan Yin, Dark Mother-Kali, Magdalene, and Mother Mary. We live in North Vancouver, BC, with Jillian’s 17-year-old daughter and our dog, Koda.
