Rachel Joy Olsen is owner and operator of The V.E.G.A.N. Sorceress Holistic Lifestyle Coaching Company and specializes in whole-food and gluten-free nutrition, weight management, fitness and wellness coaching. She uses her experience with emotional eating and sugar addictions to inspire her clients to release fears, step into greatness and embrace a whole-food, active and empowered lifestyle.

She is a coach, author, speaker and a true example of how dedication, perseverance, and taking responsibility for one’s own health can result in reaching optimal health and personal goals.

Rachel holds an MBA a BSc. in Kinesiology, numerous personal training and group fitness certifications, a Holistic Life Coach certification and is a certified vegan nutritionist and chef.
