Jon Schreiber of The Breema Center & Anna Kemble
“We’ve been conditioned to never be present. We’re always in the past or future. So we don’t know we exist, and we receive life energy mechanically, without knowing it. Work with Breema and the Nine Principles allows us to taste our existence, in order to have new thoughts, new feelings, and a new posture toward life.” -John Schreiber
What Is Breema? Breema is a profound understanding of the underlying unity of all life, expressed in a dynamic and practical philosophy that can be put into practice in any situation.
What Is Breema Bodywork? It is a direct expression of Breema’s Nine Principles of Harmony through touch and movement. The practitioner’s movements and quality of touch communicate directly with the recipient’s body on both physical and energetic levels. This initiates a return to physical, emotional, and psychological harmony and balance.
