Loretta is an international teacher and a pioneer in the Healing Arts field. For over two decades she has been leading the way in Soul, Mind, & Body energy medicine. Loretta is the founder of Intention Focused Therapy™ and the Canadian College of Healing Arts. It has been Loretta’s mission to find ways to assist people to a state of empowerment with grace and ease.

The human body holds within itself, all the wisdom and power to completely heal itself. Since her introduction to energy healing in the late 80’s, she has studied many formal and natural healing approaches. After those years of study and much reflection, she formulated Intention Focused Therapy™  (IFT) utilizing many elements from her life’s work and drawing deeply from her own instincts.
