Kunlun is a Taoist spiritual practice of Self-Awakening and the absorption of heavenly energies. It was kept secret up until now. Kunlun opens the 72,000 nadis, awakens the brains dormant abilities, removes blockages and mental illusions, purifies, strengthens, harmonizes and re energizes the entire body. Kunlun is mainly an oral tradition and many aspects are transferred from person to person.

Studying under Sifu Max Christensen for the past 12 years, Mary Pirtle is a certified instructor and facilitator of Kunlun, formless form, Nei Gung. Many other practices were learned over the years such as Vajra breathing, Rainbow Body Meditation, Red Phoenix, Red Dragon, Black Dragon, Taoist Thunder practices, shamanism, and toning to name a few and Mary continues to take advanced training with Sifu Max.

In 2004 Mary spent some time in the Arizona desert studying with a Yaqi medicine man and was given the name encargada de la sabiduria de la abuela, (grandmother wisdom keeper),and nick named little grandmother for short.
In 2007 Mary became a certified reseller of Egyptian Healing Rods and gives instructions on how to incorporate these into the Kunlun and Red Phoenix practices and into the practitioners everyday life. Please see the web site www.egyptian healing rods.com for more information on the healing rods.
