In a world of dietary havoc and confusion about what and how to eat, returning to nature’s perfect foods can be the answer to our health problems. The Living Foods approach to eating is based on incorporating live, unheated plant foods into your lifestyle. The benefits include higher energy levels, weight loss, detoxification, mental clarity, increased vitality and inner piece.
Formerly a high-performance track athlete and fashion model, Katrine Volynsky is a Certified Sports Nutritionist, Wellness Coach and a Raw Food Chef and Instructor whose creative flair and passion for Living Foods has earned her a continent-wide client base. After getting her finance degree from UBC and being accepted to a major Ivy League school, she instead embarked on a personal quest for Health and Wellness.
Her brief careers in finance and fashion left her personal health and wellbeing in crisis, prompting her to immerse herself in learning everything possible that could help correct her situation. Battling eating disorders, metabolic damage, heavy metal and radiation toxicity and an extreme case of anaemia, she began studying and experimenting with numerous western and holistic approaches. Over the course of her quest for better health, she discovered a passion for the Living Raw Food Lifestyle, a talent for food combining and preparation, and a love of helping others make great strides on their own roads to wellness.
Katrine offers personalized health and lifestyle coaching and consultations that combine her knowledge of nutrition, detoxification, fitness training, food preparation and life skills coaching. She regularly holds Living Food classes and contributes pieces for magazines on this rapidly-growing healthy lifestyle. She helps facilitate a change in lifestyle from “Testing to Tasting”.
