world kindness cocert The World Kindness Concert celebrates its 11th year by gathering world class performers to celebrate and promote the messages of kindness, compassion, love and peace, and to touch the hearts of people around the world. This is more than just a Concert. This is a Global Movement to eliminate violence, bullying, suicide, cruelty and abuse to our environment. Some of the most inspiring and powerful performing artists will gather at The Centre For Performing Arts in Vancouver, Canada for a one of a kind concert that focuses on the solution to these global issues. It promises to be a most memorable evening where everyone will be touched by a simple and yet most powerful message…Kindness

Brock Tully (MC & Founder)

The World Kindness Concert was created 11 years ago by one man, Brock Tully and has become one of the most special musical events in Vancouver ever since. His goal was to promote kindness and help people reconnect to their hearts. In addition to being the Founder of The World Kindness Concert, The Kindness Foundation of Canada, an Author of 8 books, a University Football Coach and an Inspirational Speaker, Brock Tully was also the first man to ride his bicycle around North America three times to promote world kindness. Brock’s courage and dedication has been an inspiration to thousands of people and proves that the positive actions of one individual can change our world.

Veronica Iza

Uruguay born Veronica Iza first realized her gift of music when she was just 5 years old singing along to ‘Ave Maria’ on the radio. Veronica says; ‘My dad looked at me and said to my mother…this child will sing…. and how true those words were! When she was only 14 years old, Veronica entered a vocal competition at The Royal Conservatory of Music and won the BC Provincial Championship. Her life story is full of miracles and triumphs. She grew up in many different cities across Canada, spending time in Montreal, Toronto, Calgary and Victoria. Her love of singing and song writing traveled with her, earning her appearances on CBC’s Great Canadian Music Dream, the Electronic Music Festival in Victoria and in recent years, the World Kindness Concert. Vancouver has been Veronica’s home for the past 4 years, where she dives into her passion for music and making a difference in the world. Veronica spends much of her time writing & recording songs, studying yoga, doing volunteer work in the downtown east side and performing with the local band ‘The Epics’. Her dream is to continue making music that raises ‘LOVE Consciousness’ around the world. Once the sound of her soulful, warm and powerful voice penetrates your heart, you will be a witness to that beautiful dream coming true.

Michael Vincent

“…an amazing soulful voice,” hails the Province music critic John P. McLaughlin. Michael Vincent began his early career with over 100 TV appearances. Michael recorded with Polydor and Atlantic, toured across the continent and around the world. This is his 3rd World Kindness Concert. Other performance highlights include The Stanley Theatre, Red Robinson Theatre and ‘the Cultch’ (Vancouver East Cultural Centre). Michael has also helped to raise awareness for the Kidney Foundation, the Shooting Stars Foundation and the Humane Society.Recording work with R&B Blues band IG BLACK DOG saw the group nominated nationally for a SMOOTH JAZZ AWARD in 2007. Michael’s latest solo CD entitled, “THANK YOU” has twice made the Province Playlist, favorite picks.Produced by longtime friend, collaborator and ‘Hall of Famer’ Ron Irving and funded by friends as a 65th birthday present, it is truly a labor of love.
